Add, rename, archive (hide from landing without losing reviews), restore, or permanently delete. Renaming preserves all that tech's existing reviews.
Default KPI template
These are the questions / KPI rows that get pre-filled on every new review. Already-saved reviews keep whatever rows they had — use "Apply current KPI template" on the review screen if you want to refresh one.
Pay bands
Bands listed here populate the pay-band dropdown in Section 2 of each review. Mirror of the Training & Progression belt ladder.
Backup & restore
Reviews live in this browser's local storage. Use export/import to back up, share with another admin, or migrate to another browser. Imports merge into the current state.
Reset
Wipes every review, tech, KPI customisation, and pay band edit in this browser and reloads the seed data from regenerate-reviews.ps1. Cannot be undone — export first if you want a backup.
